Coronavirus Cases (COVID19) Rise to 4151, 745 Discharged and 128 Dead in Nigeria

The number of coronavirus confirmed cases is persistently going up in Nigeria lately. People indisputably continue to war against the global pandemic coronavirus infection. According to the Nigerian Government agency, the country has recorded new cases of coronavirus disease on Saturday evening, May 9, 2020. The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), has officially reported two hundred and thirty-nine (239) confirmed new coronavirus disease cases. There has been an official record of 4151 confirmed cases, 745 discharged cases and 128 reported dead in 34 states and Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. The report on the corona disease cases was tweeted by NCDC just before midnight.

 

The new confirmed coronavirus cases were reported across fifteen (15) states. The state includes: ninety-seven (97) tested positive in Lagos, forty-four (44) in Bauchi, twenty-nine (29) in Kano, nineteen (19) in Kano, seventeen (17) in Borno, seven (7) in FCT Abuja, five (5) in Oyo, three (3) in Kaduna, three (3) in Sokoto, two (2) in Adamawa, two (2) in Kebbi, two (2) in Plateau, two (2) in Ogun and one (1) in Ekiti State.
