Coronavirus Cases (COVID19) Rise to 3145, 534 Discharged and 103 Dead in Nigeria

On Wednesday evening, May 6, 2020, the Nigerian Government has recorded new cases of the coronavirus deadly infection. The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), has reported one hundred and ninety-five (195) confirmed new coronavirus disease cases. There has been an official count of 3145 confirmed cases, 534 discharged cases and 103 reported dead. The information on the corona disease cases was reported by NCDC official Twitter account just before midnight.

 

The new confirmed coronavirus cases were reported across thirteen (13) states. The state includes: eighty-two (82) tested positive in Lagos, thirty (30) in Kano, nineteen (19) in Zamfara, eighteen (18) in Sokoto, ten (10) in Borno, nine (9) in FCT Abuja, eight (8) in Oyo, five (5) in Kebbi, five (5) in Gombe, four (4) in Ogun, three (3) in Katsina, one (1) in Kaduna, and one (1) in Adamawa State.
