The number of coronavirus cases is rising immensely. As of April 13, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), has announced twenty (20) fresh coronavirus cases. There has been an unbelievable count of 343 confirmed cases, 91 discharged cases and 10 reported dead. The information on the corona disease cases was reported by NCDC roughly 9:50 pm.

Out of the twenty (20) new cases, thirteen (13) tested positive in Lagos, two (2) in Kano, two (2) in Ogun and one (1) in Ondo state.

2 in Kano
2 in Ogun
1 in Ondo

Also, President Muhammadu Buhari extended the lockdown of Lagos, Ogun and FCT Abuja for another two weeks due to spread the coronavirus disease. People reacted to the news and complained of hunger due to the lockdown.
