Coronavirus Cases (CONVID19) Rise to 1932, 319 Discharged and 58 Dead in Nigeria

Nigerians unquestionably continue to fight against the global pandemic coronavirus infection. According to the Nigerian Government, the country has recorded the highest new case of coronavirus disease on Thursday evening, April 30, 2020. The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), has officially announced two hundred and four (204) confirmed new coronavirus disease cases. There has been an official record of 1932 confirmed cases, 319 discharged cases and 58 reported dead in 34 states and Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. The report on the corona disease cases was revealed by NCDC official Twitter page approximately 11:50 PM.

 

The new confirmed coronavirus cases were reported across eighteen (18) states. The state includes: eighty (80) tested positive in Kano, forty-five (45) in Lagos, twelve (12) in Gombe, nine (9) in Sokoto, nine (9) Bauchi, seven (7) in Edo, seven (7) in Borno, six (6) in Rivers, six (6) Ogun, four (4) in FCT Abuja, four (4) in Akwa-Ibom, four (4) in Bayelsa, three (3) in Kaduna, two (2) in Oyo, two (2) in Delta, two (2) in Nasarawa, one (1) in Ondo and one (1) in Kebbi State.
