Born as Hadiza Blell, and better known by her stage name as Di’Ja, the Sierra-Leonean- Nigerian singer, visual artist, humanitarian, fashion designer, performer and songwriter was born on August 14 in Kaduna. Her father is a Sierra-Leonean while her beautiful mother is from Kaduna, a Northern state in Nigeria. Di’Ja has resided in Nigeria, Sierra Leone, the United States and Canada. The slim singer has a double degree in Biology and Psychology which she earned at a young age.

She shot into stardom when Mavin Records CEO, Don Jazzy announced her signing on February 14, 2015. Not one to waste an opportunity when she gets one, Di’Ja released a song titled “Yaro” which got Nigerians believing that she has something to offer.
The momentous break occurred when she was featured in “Dorobucci” alongside label mates Don Jazzy, Dr SID, Tiwa Savage, Korede Bello, Reekado Banks and D’Prince. With that song, the delectable mother one of one sealed her fate and totally warmed her way into the hearts of Nigerians.
Since then, the multi-talented singer hasn’t looked back. She has gone on to release various singles and won awards to the delight of her fans. She is happily married and the union is blessed with a child.
